Clematis 'Picardy' is a study in saturated colour with rich, velvety red blooms with hints of purple around dark red bars. The flowers are large, single, and 4-6 inch wide with red and yellow anthers. The vines reach just 3-4 feet tall perfect for containers and small spaces.
