Description Fine Print

Adiantum hispidulum is called the rosy or Australian maidenhair fern. It is a distinctive species that grows into a small, upright clump to about 17" high. The young fronds are rose-coloured contrasting with the dark green or green-bronze colours of the leathery mature foliage. It performs best in soils with high organic matter and plenty of moisture but will tolerate dry situations. Use among traditional woodland perennials beneath shade trees and in containers.
