The Galaxy Series are large, vigorous lily-of-the-nile that have proven hardy in zone 6 Michigan with good snow cover for many years. Agapanthus 'Galaxy White' has large, rounded umbels to five inches across of white, trumpet-shaped blossoms on strong, tall stems to 3-4 feet. Flowering will last all summer long into fall. Grow in pots or the ground in moderately rich soils in hot, sunny locations. Herbaceous, going fully dormant in winter.
