Allium sativum 'Spanish Roja' is a superb, heirloom hardneck Rocambole garlic that is hundreds of years old. It has a deep, rich, complex flavour that is often thought of as true garlic taste. Bulbs tolerate winter moisture and cold climates better than other cultivars. Plant in fall and harvest in mid to late summer.
