Description Fine Print

Convallaria majalis is a popular spring shade plant. 'Hardwick Hall' offers a little more asides from the quintessential waxy, fragrant, bell-shaped flowers. It is the foliage that draws the eye with promise to lighten up a dark border with light green to yellow rims around each leaf. Lily-of-the-valley's spreading habit makes it a useful ground cover under deciduous trees or in areas with partial sun or shade. The fragrance is a classic for the spring garden.
