Hydrangea paniculata 'Wim's Red' has foot long cones of mostly sterile florets on strong stems that emerge creamy white and age to pink then rich, glowing red. Plants will grow 4-6 feet high and wide. Excellent for drier areas. Don't forget to cut some for a dried flower display in autumn. Paniculatas are super hardy, bloom on new wood, are fragrant, and make good dried flowers.
