Malus 'Jersey Black' - Medium sized knobby fruit with a very dark red flush covering yellow/green skin. The red can be so dark that this is cultivar is known as the black apple. Creamy white flesh is firm and crisp, sweet, resinous, with low acid, and nice aroma. Best for fresh eating and cider. Trees are vigorous.
