Spigelia marilandica is one of the most striking and beautiful of the eastern North American native perennials. Indian Pink's summer flowers are brilliant red and tubular with canary yellow throats. 'Little Redhead' is more compact compared to the species and very floriferous! A favourite of butterflies and hummingbirds, it is at home in the bright woodland or sunny border.
