Triumph tulips are among the best of the hybrid tulips with strong stems and classic cupped flowers that bloom in mid to late season. They hold up well to inclement weather and are good for forcing indoors. Tulipa 'Slawa' is a truly distinctive tulip. In bud the flowers are purple with glowing lipstick red edges. As the flowers open they become more burgundy with creamy apricot edges.
