PLEASE DO NOT MIX PRE-ORDERS: The plants in each pre-order are only available for shipping or pick-up during a specific period each year. Orders for each pre-order must be placed separately from other pre-orders and our Main Catalogue. Please do not place mixed orders*.

We are very pleased to offer a select group of rare and choice flowering trees focused on maples, dogwoods, and magnolias with a few additional surprises.

Available for: Pick-Up or Shipping except where noted for oversize trees ranging from 3-6 feet tall. These cannot be shipped via Canada Post. They are available for pick-up or could be sent by courier in Metro Vancouver or by freight on a pallet with a larger order.
Estimated Date: Mid March to Mid April 2024, as soon as weather conditions are safe for your region.
Plant Details: Maples, Chionanthus, dogwood, Davidia, Styrax and species Magnolia may be provided as fully rooted plants or recently potted trees from bare root or plugs. Hybrid Magnolia will be provided as fully rooted plants in pots. Plants will most likely be dormant at pick-up or when shipped. Heights and pot sizes are estimates.
Cancellations and Changes: Once plants are ordered, they are reserved for you and can’t be sold to anyone else. We view your order as a commitment you have made with us in good faith. For this reason, cancellations for full refund will only be accepted until February 1st, 2024. After that date you can choose to cancel for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee or cancel for a full store credit. Additions can be made at any time. If you are a pick-up customer simply place another order and put a note about your previous order(s) in the Order Comments box at the end of checking out. If you are a mail order customer, email us with your additions. We'll add them, adjust your shipping charges, and contact you for payment. Orders that are not picked up are returned to general inventory after four weeks and a refund is given minus a 25% restocking fee.

*Mixed orders will be charged an administrative fee of $5 per pre-order/main catalogue order to cover our costs of separating and organizing your orders. As a rule, all pre-orders ship separately due to timing and different packing requirements. In some cases we may be able to combine some pre-orders to ship together if you send us a detailed email listing all of your orders. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that any pre-orders will ship together.
