Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  There are two ways to check on the shipping status of your order. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Or you will know when we ship your plants because you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order during shipping on Canada Post's website.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that when you place your order we will hold your plants for you making them unavailable for purchase by other customers. Because of this service we will also charge a 25% restocking fee for cancelled items or orders. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Once we have shipped your order you will also receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through Canada Post's website.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that your order has shipped already. If your order has shipped, use the tracking number to track your order on the Canada Post website. If there is a problem, please call Canada Post to notify them of the issue and send us an email at mailorder at phoenixperennials.com.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status and to confirm the items that were shipped. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped. In some cases, backorders might be necessary for plants that have not grown as quickly as we had forecast. However, if there was a backorder we would have contacted you before shipping to learn your instructions. If your order status states that all your plants have shipped and one is missing from your parcel, please contact us mailorder at phoenixperennials.com.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those plants that were stubbornly not ready when they were supposed to be. Should all of your plants be ready for shipment except for one we will contact you to get your instructions on whether to ship without the plant and backorder it, ship without the plant and cancel it or wait until the plant is ready to ship your order in its entirety. If you have backordered plants we will contact you before shipment to let you know that we are ready to ship them.
