Conophytum maughanii is a cute living pebble that looks like a soft, fat, jelly-like succulent with a central cleft between its two fused leaves that each protrude slightly from the rounded form. In the wild this small species grows mostly buried in the ground taking in light from the windows at the top of the leaves much like Haworthia. The colour is muted apple green but plants can flush with yellow, pale orange, or red. The night-blooming flowers are pink to white with broad petals and intense fragrance. They can form small colonies with time but can often remain solitary. Our plants are potted one plant per pot.
