Ficus carica 'Peter's Honey' is very productive and reliable especially in cool summer climates, producing abundant, yellowish-green figs with sweet and richly flavourful, dark amber flesh that tastes like honey. In coastal BC it ripens in early to mid August with abundant crops produced over about three weeks.
