Tuberoses (Polianthes tuberosa) are famous for their thick, delicious, intoxicating fragrance from spikes of lily-like flowers. 'Pink Sapphire' is a double form with lavender-pink flowers. It is thought to be native to Mexico but is not known in the wild. It is hardy to zone 7 with protection. Where not hardy, grow in a pot and store in a frost-free location.
