Description Fine Print

Camellia japonica is a stunning specimen for milder gardens with glossy, dark-green, broadly elliptic, evergreen leaves accented with lovely, rose-like flowers in early spring. 'Daikagura' features anemone-form to heavily ruffled flowers that can be mostly dark pink with white markings or mostly white with pink markings or anything in between all on the same plant! Grows 6-10 feet tall and 4-8 feet wide. Camellias appreciate rich, acidic, moist, well-draining soils. Use in the light shady garden as an accent or specimen plant, in containers and as cut flowers. Somewhat deer resistant.
