Delphinium New Millennium 'Dusky Maidens' blooms with dense spikes in frilly shades of deep pink and lavender with contrasting brown centres. Its large, deeply incised leaves make this plant attractive even when it's not in bloom. Selected in New Zealand, the New Millennium strains outperform all other tall types with strong stems and good longevity. Removing spent flower spikes will result in another round of blooms on secondary spikes in late summer and fall. Provide rich soil with good moisture. Attracts pollinators, Deer resistant.
